Welcome to Chaivio, a charming cafe nestled in the heart of New York at 200 Broadway. Just steps away from the vibrant hustle of Fulton Center and the iconic World Trade Center, Chaivio offers much more than just a pit stop for caffeine. It’s a delightful retreat for anyone yearning for a unique fusion of international flavors, especially if you're a lover of tea and coffee.

The seating may be compact, but the vibe is spacious—inviting you to linger a little longer over your drink.

Chaivio is particularly celebrated for its impressive selection of teas and coffees, drawing inspiration from various traditions. Patrons rave about the Boba Karak, which combines the classic bubble tea experience with a rich, authentic taste that's hard to beat. If you’re in the mood for something distinctive, try the Irani Chai—lauded as possibly the best iced chai in NYC by customers like L S K. With a perfect balance of spice and sweetness, it’s a refreshing twist on traditional chai.

Tea enthusiasts will find a treasure trove at Chaivio, especially fans of ginger. The Ginger Tea Premix has captivated customers with its robust, aromatic flavor that lets you customize your strength, as highlighted by Muhammed Ashraf, who found it as satisfying as freshly brewed variants. For those who prefer a twist of flavor, don’t miss their array of Masala Chai, featuring enticing options like kesar, elaichi, and adrak, promising a new tea adventure with each cup.

For something indulgent, pair your drink with a warm pastry, such as the Chocolate Croissant, which Vishal Patel highly recommends. The buttery layers and rich chocolate offer a delicious companion to your chai or espresso, taking your cafe experience to the next level.

Chaivio isn’t just about drinks; it's about creating memories over a perfect cup. With their friendly baristas who are eager to accommodate your preferences—whether it's adjusting the sugar levels or suggesting a delightful pastry—you're assured of a personal touch with every visit. Plus, if you’re a social media enthusiast, following them on Instagram can snag you a 10% discount!

We tried Boba Karak and saffron. Really amazing. It’s in Fulton center with small sitting area as well

Chaivio’s Ginger tea premix is fantastic! I am really impressed with how authentic it tastes. The ginger aroma is strong and it’s easy to adjust for folks like me who enjoy a very strong ginger milk tea. As good or better than most cups of fresh brewed tea I’ve had! Highly recommend this.

Great location, nestled between World Trade Center and Fulton Center. Duncan lines are always long so Chaivio, with a pretty decent variety of international coffees and teas is a great alternate. It's my go to for Golden Milk and Chai. They offer almond and oat milk as well as a variety of pastries that can be warmed in the toaster oven. Stop by and get 10% off if you follow on IG.

I tried the expresso once in August of this year. It was smooth, bitter, very rich, essentially a perfect hot temperature, and it really was the essence of American Expresso ( meaning it's not Italian ) It was a unique experience, though I am not a regular expresso drinker ( recently was having Indian chai while living in India) I would very much recommend everyone interested to purchase this drink, give it a try, and enjoy the entire experience with your loved ones.

The barista recommended the Irani Chai- probably the best iced chai I’ve had in NYC. Good balance of spice, tea, milk, & sugar. Definitely going back again to try the other flavors!

As a tea enthusiast, I was intrigued when I received Chaivio ginger tea as a gift. Instant teas often get a negative rap for sacrificing flavor for convenience, but this one pleasantly surprised me. Firstly, the convenience factor cannot be overstated. Whether you're on-the-go or just craving a quick cup of tea without the hassle of brewing, this Chaivio tea is a lifesaver. Just add hot water, stir, and voila – a steaming cup of tea is ready in seconds. Now, onto the taste. It exceeded my expectations. The flavor was surprisingly robust, with a delicate balance of earthiness and freshness. It lacked the bitterness often associated with instant teas, which was a pleasant surprise. Another aspect I appreciated was the aroma. As soon as I opened the packet, the fragrant notes of ginger tea filled the air, tantalizing my senses and setting the stage for a delightful tea-drinking experience. The packaging is also worth mentioning. Compact and resealable, it's perfect for tossing into a bag or keeping in the office

I tried some super tasty Masala Chai at my friend's place the other day. I usually don't drink tea, but this stuff was amazing, so I had to order (at Chaivio) some for myself. Turns out there are different flavors like kesar, elaichi, adrak, and kadak. I've only tried two so far, but I'm excited to taste the others. It's gonna be a new tea adventure every day! I think I might just become a tea fan, especially with these awesome Chaivio flavors. They really know how to hook people with their delicious teas.

Stopped by for a quick cup of chai (ginger & cardamom). I forgot to tell the barista no sugar. He was kind, and made me a new cup of chai with no fuss. He recommended the chocolate croissant with my chai, and man it was delicious!
